1 ) Design Engineers

2 ) Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Engineers
Responsible for the shipyard’s safety excellence, you will play a critical role in shipyard operations by enforcing, monitoring and developing HSE standards, procedures and guidelines. You will conduct incident and accident investigations as well as provide guidance on safety regulations to the rest of the shipyard’s operations.
Minimum tertiary qualification in Marine, Mechanical, Chemical, Civil or Electrical Engineering

3 ) Human Resource Executive
Being a dynamic and progressive organisation, we are constantly on the lookout for highly motivated, capable and creative talents to steer our company towards greater heights of excellence. You will play an instrumental role in handling partial spectrum of the human resource functions that include recruitment and selection, salary administration, performance management, welfare administration and industrial relations.
Degree / Diploma in any discipline
5 to 6 years of working experience in a similar capacity and in a fast paced environment
Good written and oral communication skills
Good interpersonal skills and ability to relate to people at all levels

4 ) Production Engineers
As a part of the organisation’s production team, you will be an essential part of the shipyard’s day to day activities. You will specialise in one of the following disciplines – Electrical, Mechanical, Hull, Piping and Project Management. Discover and nurture your leadership potential and troubleshooting skills as you steer your team to meet the company’s production, safety and quality benchmarks in daily operations.
- Conduct training needs analysis, develop and implement training programs
- Provides admininistrative and facilities support to other forms of training initiated by other departments
- Liaise with relevant government bodies, learning institutions, etc.

5 ) QA/QC Engineers
The quality control and assurance team plays an instrumental role in driving the shipyard’s consistency and high-quality in our products, services, designs and processes. As part of your responsibilities, you will ensure that stringent quality requirements are met for a wide range of operations. These include verifying the integrity of structural steel drawings and electrical inspections, investigating warranty claims as well as ensuring benchmarks are met in welding procedures and certifications.
Minimum tertiary qualification in Marine, Mechanical, Materials, Civil or Electrical Engineering

Graduates or diploma holders in engineering fields such
as Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, Mechanical or Electrical
may join
us as engineers either in Operations, Commercial or Engineering Division.
If you possess relevant experience in project management, our project
manager positions offer equally challenging and rewarding career.
Graduates or diploma holders in Accountancy or members of the
Institute of Certified Public Accountants may join our Finance division
as accountants
or finance officers.
Supporting personnel are required in Human Resource, Marketing
and Customer Relations divisions. Applicants with a degree or diploma
in
Arts and Social Science or Business Studies will be considered.
