Superintendents’ Facilities

Our newly completed four-storey Superintendent Building, 'The Aquarius’, which houses 65 offices is designed and built with the conveniences and comfort of our customers in mind. Each office is equipped with modern facilities i.e. wireless internet connection, office automation and en-suite meeting facilities and wash rooms. Our business centre is operated by our dedicated Customer Relations personnel who will be pleased to assist our customers with secretarial services, flight, visa, transportation and hotel accommodation arrangements.

There are also ample project offices in the shipyard, which are conveniently located at site for longer-term projects. These project offices are purposed-built to suit specific project requirements and have easy access to the workshops and fabrication grounds for more than 500 Superintendents, Commissioning Engineers and Specialists.

Our air-conditioned cafeteria which operates throughout the day serves sumptuous Western, Chinese, Indian and Halal food for our guests and customers. Our cafeteria also caters to officers, shipstaff and the full complement of cruise vessels numbering as many as1,000 personnel at any one time.
