Sembawang Shipyard is a strong supporter of students industrial attachment programme. We work very closely with various educational institutions, ranging from secondary schools to tertiary level to provide industrial attachment opportunities to the students. Depending on their course of studies, students will be attached to the relevant divisions in our shipyard to acquire first hand working experience. Through this programme, we believe that students will be able to develop greater understanding of professional work habits and skills, corporate culture and human relationship management, which will better equipped the students for full time employment and career development upon graduation.
